Ok, now life is complete...

Timeline

June 2010:Start TTC, completely oblivious but blissful, just having fun
July 2010: BFP...no way. So happy. Going overboard with planning nursery, labor and delivery, diet
August 2010: Started bleeding at 2am and continued for 18 days. Miscarriage.
January 2011: 4 months of BFN, Finally decided to see an RE. Several ultrasounds, blood draws, HSG, and tests later, found no physiological, estrogen, egg, or sperm issues, just elevated dual pattern ANA and NKa levels. Come to realize this is the most mundane and misunderstood diagnoses/condition/affliction in the history of medicine and get no real answers.
February 2011:After Nka+, we meet with our RE, who basically laughs at my questions of further testing, mocking my desire to learn why it is I can't get pg, J and I go back and forth about suggested IVIg/Intralipids and IUI and decide to explore our options before diving in. See the TCM doctor and have acupuncture for the first time. Urged to wait 3 months to TTC to let my body regulate itself with diet and calm the NK activity for a bit. And the countdown begins...
March 2011: After a long battle with my RE, recieved first intralipids infusion. And we wait.
April 2011: Encouraged by first intralipid, continuing meds, but don't ovulate on time. 5 days later, figure out it's the baby aspirin, of all things, and discontinue. Ovulation occurs at CD 18, probably not enough time. Scratch this cycle. Intralipids #2 on 4/22, OPK positive, so fingers crossed!
May 2011: Waiting and working on my own baby and my baby James. If all goes well, we'll have him by June.
June 2011: Marks one year of trying :( Still trying desperately to get custody of Baby James and get on with our lives. Stopped aspirin and intralipids and started Minocycline as an experiment as a result of a study I read about TNF. We'll see.
